Arabian Drilling Company is a joint venture between the Industrialization & Energy Services Co, A Saudi Govt Oilfield Services Co. and the Services Petroliers Schlumberger S.A. an International Company of several activities and specialized in Petroleum services. The company is operating since 1964, drilling oil and gas wells for Saudi Aramco and Al-Khafji Joint Operations (AGOC/KGOC) in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Our Business

Arabian Drilling Company (ADC) offers Offshore and Land drilling services through its large, modern and versatile fleet of drilling units which are located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. At present ADC owns and operates a fleet of 13 Land and 5 Offshore rigs.

Personnel

ADC is supported by a highly qualified and experienced staff. Today ADC employees more than 1600 personnel from different nationalities (over 20 countries), 62% are Saudi Nationals.

Working Environment

The drilling rig operation is 24 Hours a day, 365 days a year. The work is organized in to crews, working different shifts. All ADC supervisors work 5 weeks on the rig site, and are given 5 weeks off (home rest). The company provides accommodation, food, transportation, medical facilities and training free of cost.

Training

ADC operates a training center (DTC - Dhahran Training Center) located in Dhahran. This training center helps to train the company's employees to reach international standards quickly and promote them up through the ranks as fast as their performance and ability allows.

• Barge Captain

Applicants must have :

• Experience in Land / Offshore Oil and Gas Drilling Rigs

• Age between 21 and 45 years

• Fluent in English (Verbal & writing) 

• Arabic will be an added advantage

• Willing to work in any location (assigned by the company)

• Physically fit
