One of the key factors that Arabian Drilling has focused on is employee engagement and well-being. For this reason, we have initiated our very first volleyball competition. This corporate sports competition-friendly initiative strived at engaging employees from various business units, locations, and occupational levels.
It included players from the office, field, rig sites, and our affiliate. In addition to boosting employee engagement, this initiative aimed at creating healthy competition, an entertaining and enthusiastic work environment, and improving communication.
As we close the year 2022 volleyball league, Arabian Drilling would like to extend its gratitude to the leadership committees, execution team, volunteers, as well as our cherished players for making the volleyball league a success.
We would like to also thank our valued trainees in the Saudi Arabian Drilling Academy (SADA) for attending as well as playing alongside the leadership team against the league champion.
