Employee Services Portal (Tayseer)

Arabian Drilling Company developed a new self-service portal named (Tayseer). Tayseer is a collection of self-help functions that are open to the employees and accessible through ADC Success- Factor website, these functions include issuing an employment verification letter, salary slip & other salary related requests (e.g., salary in advance), GRO & Visa services, and medical insurance card. Tayseer also feature employees as a first line of support, empower them to find information, request services, and resolve their issues promptly without referring to other functional departments. In summary, Tayseer grants ADC’s employees with instant access to information, allow personalization, save valuable time and organizational resources.
